The Twig Book Shop in San Antonio, Texas hosted my first ever book signing (if you don’t count the Gala event). Eric Cairns came out from Dallas to join me. I wish we’d though to take a picture together. We proudly sold one book to a gentleman happy to treat himself to a retirement gift. He was particularly interested in “Mara’s Shadow” as he had just retired from his medical practice.
The Twig Book Shop is a beautiful little indie shop nestled into a gorgeous nook in downtown Houston. It’s a gem hidden from the tourist track amidst the local farmer’s market. If you happen to ever be in San Antonio, I strongly recommend swinging by on some Saturday morning.
